It is past month 6 now so I think this is close to the final line. Overall the line has been cleaned up to a certain degree and it feels like it is staying that way! I am satisfied with the result and I will take good care of it so it lasts.

Month 9 review of my arm and axillary brAbout 9 months after surgery the overall line feels almost completely settled. Early on there were parts that felt a little unnatural, but now that awkwardness is gone and everything has settled naturally into my body. The change in my silhouette in clothes is what I notice the most. The scars have not disappeared completely yet, but compared to the beginning they have faded a lot and are less noticeable. For me they are not something I think about in daily life, so I am living without much inconvenience. The swelling and minor lumpiness also settled over time, and right now there is nothing particularly uncomfortable or bothersome. Even to the touch it feels much more natural than before. The result definitely stabilizes and satisfaction goes up as time passes, so if you are worried about your early progress, I felt it is worth giving it some time and watching. First of all I can definitely feel that the line has been cleaned up. It feels neater overall? The fit of my clothes is clearly different. I have keloid-prone skin so scarring mattered to me and thankfully they are barely visible. But even when I gain a little weight back, fat definitely does not stick to the liposuctioned areas, it seems to gather in the areas I did not have done. So now I am thinking about getting liposuction on another area too! Personally I felt it improved a lot between months 3 and 6. The bruising and swelling were quite noticeable early on, and after month 3 the residual swelling gradually started to go down, and by around month 6 it looked almost natural. Right now there is no swelling or bruising at all. The overall recovery felt slower and more frustrating than I expected early on but the result showed more and more as time passed. There were moments in between when I wondered “did this go well?”, but after month 6 my satisfaction went up. I think if you all wait, the swelling will go down and your line will come in hehe
