At about 3 months the swelling seems mostly gone and I can raise my arms well My arms were not that thick to begin with so the volume removed was not large, but I can definitely see they are slimmer than before! I had surgery in winter and now that it is turning from spring to summer and I am pulling out thin fitted long sleeves and short sleeves, I can see the fit is different. The scars are invisible unless I raise my arms all the way up Even then one side looks like the scar has almost disappeared, and the other still has some left but I think it will fade away For aftercare I had 1 session at a manual care shop and 2 sessions of the aftercare the clinic provides The pain is almost gone now. If someone grabs me hard I flinch a bit more than usual..? The surgery itself was a bit hard, but seeing the result afterwards makes me happy!!
