# Movement and recovery A hectic month has gone by, and now I can raise my arms all the way over my head, it feels so comfortable. Just a month ago I had to be careful even washing my hair, and now they feel like my own arms again,, The bruising is completely gone without a trace! Putting on bruise cream every night before bed and wearing the compression garment faithfully even when it felt stuffy really made a big difference, I think. # Swelling and pain The major swelling seems to be almost gone, but there is still a little pain when I press hard on the skin. Honestly that makes me happy! Pain still being there means there is that much swelling left to go down, so I am recovering cheerfully, looking forward to how much slimmer my arms will get as the pain fades. I am applying scar ointment every day, and since my recovery is fast I think the scars will lighten soon. # Starting maintenance After about a month, the pain and discomfort are quickly forgotten, and thanks to the slim arm line I see every time I look in the mirror my satisfaction is 200%. My old eating habits made maintenance a bit of a hurdle, but now I am going to add exercise and manage things seriously. I want to lock in this hard-earned line and make it even firmer with exercise!
It has been a month since my stem cell a
My upper arm liposuction review at 1 monRight after surgery there was more swelling and stiffness than I expected, but after about a month I could clearly see that my overall arm line had been cleaned up. In particular, my upper arms stand out less in clothes, so I am very satisfied. I used to feel self-conscious wearing fitted short sleeves or sleeveless tops, but now I can definitely feel that the line is slimmer. The bruising mostly faded over about 2 to 3 weeks, and right now it is barely noticeable. The swelling has also gone down a lot compared to the early days, so there is almost no discomfort in daily life. There is still a slightly puffy feeling in the mornings, but I think it will look even more natural as time passes. The scars are just small dots at the incision sites on the inner arm so they were not very noticeable, and with diligent care they seem to be fading. People around me would not notice unless I told them. Overall the recovery was better than expected, and as long as you wear the compression garment and take care of things, returning to daily life was no trouble. They said this is not the final line yet so I am looking forward to more, and so far I am recovering happilyOne month after surgery!I can feel my arm line changing more as time goes by. From the front, the bulging drumstick shape that used to bother me feels completely gone. Thanks to systematic aftercare the lumpy parts have mostly loosened up and the stiff feeling is much better..I was able to go about daily life without any issue long ago. I am looking forward to the changes that keep coming. The bruising is now completely gone, and the scars will need more time, but their location and size do not bother me at all. Once the swelling went down my chest looks much more natural and pretty The incision sites still sting a little now and then, but even with movements that engage the pectoral muscles it feels comfortable and there is no foreign body sensation at all. Picking out clothes in the morning is so much fun now.
