I can't believe it's already been a month! The first week was honestly a bit tough, but seeing the major swelling settle down reassured me bit by bit as I watched the progress! Most of all, the bulge on the side of my arms that stood out so much in earlier photos has visibly shrunk, so I'm satisfied! These days I'm looking forward to seeing more swelling go down hehe
