Overall, rather than staying still because it hurts, I think walking and moving constantly makes recovery faster too

It's been 3 months since my abdomen and It's already been 3 months since I had liposuction on my abdomen and arms. I'm leaving an honest review in case it helps anyone who, like me, is thinking about surgery! Right after surgery there was swelling and discomfort, but the saying that time heals turned out to be exactly right. At 3 months I'm amazed every day at how different my contour looks. My abdomen especially is flat, and with the extra flesh on my upper arms tidied up, the way clothes look on me has really changed. I can finally wear all the pretty clothes I want! Of course consistent aftercare and healthy habits matter, but I feel like I'm already halfway there. I'm happy every time I look in the mirror, and my confidence is overflowing. I agonized a lot before deciding on surgery, but now I'm certain it was a decision I don't regret at all. I hope my experience gives a little courage to everyone dreaming of a change!One month after arm lipo with Dr. JoongjI can't believe it's already been a month! The first week was honestly a bit tough, but seeing the major swelling settle down reassured me bit by bit as I watched the progress! Most of all, the bulge on the side of my arms that stood out so much in earlier photos has visibly shrunk, so I'm satisfied! These days I'm looking forward to seeing more swelling go down hehe
