I'm 6 months out from arm lipo. I had it done at another clinic before, so this was a revision. I had the surgery because I disliked how thick my arms looked overall. At the consultation they told me I had more muscle than expected so it wouldn't shrink as dramatically as I hoped, but since I also lost weight after surgery, it definitely looks smoother and tidier than before. My side profile in particular is cleaner and I'm satisfied.

My arm lift + liposuction review heheThere's no pain at all now, but sometimes when I raise my arm high to grab something the sutured part near my armpit pulls a little, and when I lie down with my arm under me there's an overall pulling feeling. Apart from those positions I feel like I'm back to normal life. Bruising, swelling and scars are probably what people worry about most after surgery, but I'm not the type who bruises easily, so I had some light bruises but nothing dramatic! The swelling is heavy at first...really ㅠㅠ This was my first surgery so I have no basis to say "it swells a lot" or "a little" compared to other surgeries, but I could definitely tell I was very swollen. Walking around often and drinking teas that are good for swelling helped quite a bit! Since it's a lift, I don't think it's possible to have no scar at all. They also told me scars are a matter of time, so I'm hoping they fade! Still, the sagging skin on my arms has improved so much that I'm happy!! It feels like it was done to fit my body exactly, and I'm dieting alongside now, so I think a bit more will come off~6-month review of abdomen + arm lipoYou can see quite clearly with the naked eye that I've slimmed down. My navel is getting bigger and bigger! In terms of weight I'm down about 4 kg total since the lipo. But the way clothes fit has changed and a lot of the extra flab is gone. Especially after fasted cardio in the morning, looking in the mirror is so rewarding. The swelling should all be gone by now, so I'm going to combine diet and exercise to build an even better body.
